再造耳术后软骨外露的修复治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨再造耳软骨外露的多种修复方法及其效果。方法针对20例再造耳术后软骨外露的患者，分别采用局部换药、局部软骨切除皮肤直接缝合术、局部皮瓣转移联合中厚植皮术、颞浅筋膜瓣转移联合中厚植皮术等不同的治疗方法。结果20例患者经对应的治疗后伤口均愈合良好，无支架外露，再造耳表面结构清晰，患者对修复术后的外耳形态满意。结论有针对性的采用不同的方法修复再造耳术后软骨外露，既可获得较满意的修复效果，又能减轻患者的创伤和经济负担。Objective To investigate the application and the result of many methods in the salvage of rib cartilage framework exposure after auricle reconstruction. Methods For the twenty cases of cartilage framework exposure after auricular reconstruction, we used specific treatment for diferent kinds as follows： dressing change technique, cartilage resection and skin suture, local skin gaps transference combined with split-thickness free skin grafting, temporoparietal fascial flap combined with split-thickness free skin grafting. Resu Its Twenty patients all healed without cartilage framework exposure. The surface structures of the reconstructed ear were clear. The patients were satisfied with the auricle shape. Conclusion For the repair of the cartilage framework exposure after external ear reconstruction, we adopted specific treatment for different patients. That not only obtained the satisfactory results, but also reduced trauma and economic burden of patients.
