乳腺癌术后假体置入Ⅰ期成形术35例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳癌术后即刻单纯置入假体与置入假体加内置式乳罩Ⅰ期成形乳房再造术的适应证及并发症。方法自2004年9月至2012年8月，19例小乳房患者在保留皮肤的乳腺癌术后单纯置入假体行Ⅰ期再造乳房；16例较大乳房患者实施了乳腺癌术后假体置入＋内置式乳罩Ⅰ期成形术，术后定期按摩6个月并进行必要的辅助治疗。结果乳房术后外观评价满意率达94．3％。术后患者的乳腺癌得到根治，同时避免失去乳房而达到形体美容的功效，提高了患者术后的生活质量和自信心。结论单纯置入假体适用于乳房较小患者，假体置入＋内置式乳罩Ⅰ期成形术适用于乳房较大患者。乳腺癌术后即刻假体置人乳房Ⅰ期成形术是一种手术效果良好的乳房重建方法。Objective To explore the indications and complications of primary mammoplasty with prosthesis after mastectomy. Methods From September 2004 to August 2012, totally 19 patients with micromastia underwent primary mammoplasty by inserting simple prosthesis after mastectomy with skin reservation, while 16 patients with macromastia underwent primary mammoplasty by inserting simple prosthesis and primary internal brassiere. Regularly postoperative massage was applied for 6 months and other adjunctive therapies were added. Results The satisfaction rate was 94.3% in all patients. Satisfactory cosmetic results were achieved and the patients＇ quality of life and self-confidence were enhanced. Conclusion The primary mammoplasty with prosthesis after breast cancer operation is a safe and effective method for breast cancer patients at early stage. The procedure is easy perform with good cosmetic outcome.
