摘　　要：本文介绍了电气传动系统的构成及工作原理,针对电气传动系统的运行及实际操作方式,着重介绍了接近开关、绝对值编码器和拉绳器的结构、工作原理及性能特点,在此基础上提出了手动模式和自动模式的优缺点,重点介绍了手动模式-自动模式的改进过程。该方法提高了电气传动设备运动的精度,在生产工艺要求提高后很好的适应了生产的质量要求。This article described the structure and working principle of the electrical transmission system. A- gainst the operation of the equipment and actual operating mode, it tocused on the sructures, the working principles and the performance features of approach switch, absolute encoder and rope device. On this basis, it proposed the advantages and disadvantages of manual and automatic mode, at the same time, it highlighted the improvement process of the automatic mode. This method improved the accuracy of the electrical transmission equipment, and adapted the production quality requirements after the improvement of the production process requirements.
