摘 要:目的:探讨断面和MRI丘脑与相关结构的形态学变化规律和意义。方法:利用成人头部横断面标本和活体头部MRI扫描,观测丘脑及其周围结构。结果:标准化后各组样本采用单因素方差分析显示,在断面上丘脑横径、矢径、长、宽与面积未见性差和侧差。MRI成像显示丘脑矢径、宽、面积未见性差和侧差;丘脑横径、长未见侧差,但其性差具有统计学意义。断面标本上丘脑长与壳横径呈负相关;丘脑宽与壳矢径呈负相关;丘脑面积与尾状核头横径、尾状核头面积、壳横径、壳矢径、壳面积呈负相关。MRI显示丘脑长与尾状核头矢径、壳横径、壳矢径、壳面积呈正相关;丘脑宽与尾状核头矢径呈负相关;丘脑矢径、丘脑长与侧脑室前角间距呈负相关。结论:丘脑参数与其周围重要结构参数存在线性关系,丘脑周围结构的变化可作为研究其形态变化的参考指标。Objective: To explore the morphological variations and their significance between the thalamus and the structures a round the thalamus on cross sectional anatomy and MRI scans. Methods: Analyzing the relationship between the thalamus and the structures around the thalamus from 30 head specimens on the cadavers and magnetic resonance brain images of 100 healthy adults. Results: After normalization, the gender difference and lateral difference became marginally significant in the parameters of the thalamus on the cadavers. On MRI scans, the gender difference and lateral difference were not significant on the area, the sagittal diameter and the width of the thalamus; the lateral difference was not significant on the transverse diam- eter and the length of the thalamus, but the gender difference was. On the cadavers, the length of the thalamus was negative ly related to the transverse of the putamen. There was a negative relationship between the width of the thalamus and the sag ittal of the putamen. The area of the thalamus was negatively related to the transverse diameter, the area of the caudate nucle- us head, the transverse diameter, the sagittal diameter, and the area of the putamen. On MRI scans, the length of the thala mus was positively related to the transverse diameter, the sagittal diameter, the area of the putamen and the sagittal diameter of the caudate nucleus head. There was a negative relationship between the width of the thalamus and the sagittal diameter of the caudate nucleus head. The distance between the anterior horns was negatively related to the sagittal diameter and the length of the thalamus. Conclusion: There is a linear relationship between the thalamus and the structures around the thala- mus, and the morphological changes of the structures around the thalamus could be used as reference to study the thalamus.
