石河子市老年高血压患者体育锻炼状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解石河子市社区老年高血压患者体育锻炼的现状,并探讨其影响因素,为进一步开展有关运动疗法的健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用典型抽样法抽取石河子市5个样本社区453名已确诊的老年高血压患者进行半访谈式问卷调查。结果 453名调查对象中参加体育锻炼者占86.8%,其中自述经科学指导者仅占12.6%;不同活动能力者间体育锻炼差异有统计学意义,活动能力越强参加体育锻炼频率越高(χ2=40.337,P<0.01);参加老年娱乐活动不同频度者间体育锻炼差异有统计学意义,经常参加老年娱乐活动者体育锻炼频率较高(χ2=19.336,P<0.01);影响体育锻炼的因素为患者行走能力(OR=0.229,P<0.01)和参加老年娱乐活动频度(OR=0.180,P<0.01)。结论社区老年高血压患者参加体育锻炼频率较高,但在科学指导下进行体育锻炼者较少,需进一步加强社区医务人员的体育锻炼指导能力,同时注重社区体育指导员的培养。Objective To understand current status of physical activities among elderly hypertensive patients in communities of Shihezi City,and provide evidence for carrying out exercise health education.Methods Semi-structure questionnaire surveys were conducted in 5 communities of Shihezi City.453 elderly hypertensive patients were enrolled by typical sampling.Results The percentage of participating physical activity was 86.8% among 453 respondents,and the percentage of participates with correct guidance only accounted for 12.6%.The difference among different physical exercise ability had statistical significance,and the elderly patients who had higher exercise ability had higher rates of participating in physical exercise（χ2=40.337,P0.01）.The difference among the different frequency of physical exercise in elderly entertainment had statistical significance,and the rate of participating in physical exercise who regularly participated in elderly entertainment was higher（χ2=19.336,P0.01）.Main influencing factors were activity ability（OR=0.229,P0.01）and frequency of physical exercise（OR=0.180,P0.01）.Conclusion The percentage of taking physical activity among elderly hypertensive patients in communities is high,but they are lack of correct guidance.Guidance of exercise capacity should be improved among community health workers,and community sports instructors training are needed.
