摘　　要：对碱裂质粒小量法进行了改进 ,并且在提取过程中增加了LiCl处理。实验证明这种方法结果稳定 ,提取的质粒DNA产量高、质量好 。Routine alkaline lysis miniprep of plasmid DNA was modified,and LiCl was specially used.Experments demoinstrate that consequences from this protocol were stable, the quality and yield of plasmid DNA produced from it were all high,and have met the standard for many common molecular biology experiments.
