摘  要:Gene chip is the fusion of molecular biology,microelectronics and micromechanics.Mask board is the key to high-density gene chip fabrication.By using masks ,DNA probes can be synthesized in situ with high density and accurate location.But it is costly to make the masks.A method of chip optimization is proposed to reduce the number of masks needed for gene chip synthesis,to reduce the synthesiscycles,and then to increase the efficiency of chip making.It is very important to gene chip applications.Gene chip is the fusion of molecular biology,microelectronics and micromechanics.Mask board is the key to high-density gene chip fabrication.By using masks ,DNA probes can be synthesized in situ with high density and accurate location.But it is costly to make the masks.A method of chip optimization is proposed to reduce the number of masks needed for gene chip synthesis,to reduce the synthesiscycles,and then to increase the efficiency of chip making.It is very important to gene chip applications.
