正挤压冷挤空心件心轴断裂与静液挤压的研究

摘　　要：空心管状零件可用正反挤压来实现。冷挤压正挤管状空心件既可以减少加热工序,亦可以提高表面质量和精度,文中针对心轴的设计进行了深入探讨,提出来几种解决问题的途径,尤其是对静压润滑法进行了认真分析。Hollow tube-shaped parts can be produced by positive or reverse pressing. Cold-pressing of positive-pressing hollow tube-like structure can reduce heating procedures, and improve quality of the surface and accuracy. It is difficult to design the axis for ensuring inner diameter of the hollow object. Several solutions in which includes static pressure lubrication are proposed .
