摘　　要：电气用塑料薄膜要求进行耐电压测试,研制的交直流两用薄膜耐压测试仪,耐压测试室正面设有推拉门且设计了专门的操作台,提高了实验人员工作舒适度;升压变压器次级通过电阻间接接地,避免分布电容将高电压感应到低压线路以及免高压对控制线路的干扰,同时又提高实验人员的安全性;PLC与3位BCD拨码开关组成的升压速度设定系统,既经济又精确直观,同时节省了PLC输入/输出点数。Plastic films for electrical purposes require Withstand Voltage testing, the test instrument Is developed, In front of Withstand voltage test chamber have Push and pull the door and design a special console, Improve the personnel working comfort： Voltage rise transformer secondary indirectly grounded through a resistor, to avoid High voltage induction to the low voltage circuit through the distributed capacitance, and to avoid the interference of the high voltage on the control circuit, and improve the personnel safety the system of Boost of speed setting is constituted with PLC and 3 bit BCD dial switch, Economical and precise visual, and save the PLC input/output points.
