摘　　要：由于当前无线电信号的多样性和复杂性,无线电监测设备对环境信号的探测和复杂信号处理上存在困难,针对此种情况,指出了采用软件无线电平台是解决此问题的途径。介绍了软件无线电的概念、体系结构和灵活性、通用性的特点;详细分析了基于软件无线电技术的Agilent E3238/6820E信号监测设备的原理、组成、指标参数和主要技术特点;最后重点说明了Agilent E3238/6820E在无线频谱监测中的应用方法,并分析了此系统在当前无线电频谱监测任务中所具有的优势。The radio signals are diversified and complicated, so it is difficult to detect environment signals and process complex signals for radio monitoring equipment. Aiming at this problem, the application of software defined radio platform is proposed. This paper introduces the conception and basic structure of software defined radio （SDR） , as well as its flexibility and universality, then introduces in detail the principle,composition,parameters and main technical characteristics of Agilent E3238/6820E signal monitoring system based on SDR. Finally,the application method and advantages of Agilent E3238/6820E in radio spectrum monitoring system are mainly analyzed.
