摘 要:以实验室的THKGK过程控制实验设备为平台,介绍了以网络为基础的实验系统的总体结构和各个部分组成、设置,将液位控制实验作为典型实验,说明了过程控制网络实验系统的具体实验过程。运用MCGS、SIMATIC STEP7 V5.4等技术设计了用于实验状态监视、数据采集及处理、数据记录的监控软件,在PLC中建立了专门用于数据交换的公用数据块,并在MCGS的全局脚本中建立相应的数据交换用户程序。实验结果表明,基于以太网及现场总线的过程控制系统实验装置,解决了被控对象、测控装置等物理设备的地域分散性,以及控制与监控等任务对实时性的要求,系统具有界面友好、易于操作、运行可靠、操作简便等特点。Taking the THKGK process-control experiment as a platform, this paper introduced the total structure and constitution of the network-based experimental system. Meanwhile, as a typical experiment, the water level control experiment was described to show the working process of this remote control experimental system. The monitor software for experimental state monitoring, data sampling & disposing and data logging were developed using MCGS and SIMATIC STEP7 VS. 4. The common data block for data switching was established in the PLCs, and the corresponding user program for data exchange was also constructed in MCGS' s global script. The results showed that this ether net-based system settled the area dispersibility of physical equipments, such as the controlled devices, measuring and control equipment, etc. In addition, the problem of real-time requirement of controlling and monitoring was also solved. Practice proves that this system has the characteristics of friendly interface, easy maintenance, high reliability and convenient operation.
