摘　　要："基础生物化学实验"是为全校非生物类专业的本科生开设的基础课程。在提高学生基本实验操作技能的基础上,为了激发学生的创造性思维,培养综合实验素质,提高综合能力,课程组对实验教学理念和方法进行了探讨,提出以本科生参与"探究式"预实验替代传统"验证式"实验大课堂的基础实验教学新模式。从实验教学组织形式、实施方法、手段、成绩评定等方面进行了改革尝试,收到了良好的教学效果。To inspire students＇ creative thinking, develop their comprehensive experimental quality and improve their overall ＇quality, the experimental teaching concept and methods were investigated and a novel basic experimental teaching model was proposed in which students can conduct ＂ inquiry-based＂ pre-experiment instead of the traditional ＂confirmatory experiment. The reform was carried out from experimental teaching organization forms, implementation methods, means, evaluation, and other aspects. The reform proves to be effective in the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive ability.
