摘　　要：高校生物实验室的生物安全关系到学校甚至周边社会的安全和安定。依据国内的法律、法规和标准,针对高校生物实验室生物安全建设存在的问题,提出了加强高校生物实验室建设的若干建议,包括建立生物安全级别的实验室,加强实验室文件体系建设及人员的持续生物安全培训、管理;仪器的管理、菌毒种的保存及实验废弃物的管理,开展定期和不定期的实验室生物安全自查和监督检查等。The biosafety of biological laboratories in universities is closely related to the security of the universities and even the social stability of the surrounding areas. In this paper, some measures to strengthen the safety construction of biological laboratories, including the establishment of a biosafe-level laboratory, the enforcement of laboratory regulation system building and continuous staff-training concerning biosafety, the management of instruments and experimental waste, the preservation of hazardous bacteria source and virus source, and the regular and irregular supervision and self- inspection of laboratory biosafety, in accordance with related domestic laws, regulations and standards.
