摘 要:用电化学沉积法制备Fe、B摩尔比接近80/20的Fe-B磁致伸缩薄膜,研究了电流密度和溶液组分对Fe-B薄膜结构及形貌的影响。利用阻抗仪研究了Fe-B薄膜的共振频率。结果表明,制备的Fe-B薄膜呈现出非晶混合少量纳米晶的结构特征;薄膜厚度随NaOH浓度的增大而增大,但非晶相随NaOH浓度的增大而减少;Fe-B薄膜具有显著的磁致伸缩效应,薄膜的共振频率随着样品长度的增加而减小;用4 mA/cm2电流密度制备的薄膜共振频率最显著。Fe-B thin films with compositions close to 80/20 mole ratio were preprared using electrochemical deposition. Effects of current density and solution components on the structure and morphology of Fe-B thin films were experimentally studied. The magnetostrictive effect of Fe-B thin films was measured by impedance analyzer. Fe-B thin films showed amorphous phase mixed with a small amount of nanocrystals. The thickness of the films increases with increasing the concentration of NaOH, while the amorphous formability decreases with increasing the concentration of NaOH. Fe-B thin films exhibits obvious magnetostrictive effect. The resonance frequency of the film decreases with increasing the length of the sample. Among the different current densities, the films fabricated under 4 mA]cm2 exhibits the strongest resonance frequency.
