摘　　要：海峡两岸有着大力发展文化产业,促进文化繁荣,以人文结合经济发展来改善人民生活环境的共同要求。要增强台湾民众对中国大陆的民族认同感,只靠经济上的让利、合作,是不够的。在维持两岸经济合作交流的同时,还要借助文化产业等有效的文化影响手段来增强台湾民众的中华文化认同感。应把海峡两岸文化产业交流合作纳入到国家文化建设战略规划大局,纳入海峡两岸关系和平发展的国家宏观布局。要重视对海峡两岸文化一体的解释力,创新两岸文化交流与合作形式,建成规模性文化创意产业项目,挖掘文化与经济之间的价值链,做到文化影响力与经济影响力比翼齐飞,从而积累和凝聚海峡两岸民众的文化向心力,促进海峡两岸关系和平发展。It has the common requirements of vigorously developing the cultural industry,promoting cultural prosperity,link humanity with economic development to improve people’s living environment.It was not enough to only rely on transferring of profit and cooperating economically to enhance the national identity of Taiwan Residents to mainland.It should maintain the economical cooperation and exchanges of cross-straits.It the same time,it also enhance the Chinese cultural identity of Taiwan Residents through the cultural means of cultural industry.It should incorporate the cross-straits exchanges and cooperation in the cultural industry into the overall strategic planning of national cultural development and the national macro layout of the peaceful development of cross-strait relations.It should strengthen the interpretation of the integration of both sides of the Taiwan strait,innovate the form of cross-strait cultural exchanges and cooperation,build scale cultural and creative industries projects,mine the value chain between the culture and economy,make the cultural influence and economic influence take off together to accumulate and agglomerate the cultural centripetal force of the both sided of the Taiwan strait and improve the peaceful development of cross-strait relations.
