学术论文参考文献的几种隐性错误辨析

摘　　要：目的剖析学术期刊论文参考文献著录和引用中存在的一些问题,旨在引起作者和编辑的注意,提高参考文献的著录质量。方法以宝鸡文理学院学报(自然科学版)已经刊发的部分论文和部分来稿中的参考文献为例,指出其错误类型,分析其产生的可能原因。结果归纳出参考文献的隐性错误6类,分别是:1)将论文栏目名称著录为期刊名称;2)改变文献的著录语种;3)网络文献的可获得地址不可用;4)文中文献与文后文献表不一致;5)将注释与参考文献混淆;6)文献内容引用错误。并给出了一些减少错误的建议。结论作者、审者、编者应该在思想上深刻认识著录参考文献的重要性,在著录规范的前提下,努力做到著录内容正确,引用内容准确、科学、充分、合理。Objective--To analyze the references~ problems in academic papers, to be aimed to cause the attention of the authors and the editors and to improve the references＇ quality. Methods-- Taking the references of the published papers in Journal of Baoji University of Arts and Sciences （Natural Science） and some received papers for example, not only were the wrong types pointed out but also the possible causes were analyzed. Results--6 types of reference＇s hidden errors were summarized which are respectively shown as follows. 1） The column＇s name was used as the journal＇s name; 2） The reference＇s language was changed; 3） The network references＇ website is not available; 4） The reference in the text doesn＇t accord with the reference table; 5） The notes and references were confused; 6） The citation is wrong. In addition, some suggestions are also given to reduce errors. Conclusion-The authors, reviewers and editors should recognize the importance of reference, record the reference regularly and correctly, cite the reference accurately, scientifically, adequately and legitimately.
