摘 要:中深层特超稠油油藏埋藏深、原油黏度高,常规热采无法有效动用。在开展水平井、SLKF高效油溶性复合降黏剂、CO2和蒸汽的协同作用机理研究基础上,创建了超稠油HDCS协同降黏、混合传质、增能助排的新型开发模式。该技术实现了黏度高于30×104mPa·s(50℃)以上、埋深大于1 300 m的特超稠油油藏的有效开发,填补了国内外在中深层特超稠油开采领域的空白。经过4 a多的反复实践与探索,攻关创新并成功进行了工业化推广,目前已在胜利油田7个长期不能动用的中深层特超稠油油藏得到推广应用,并取得良好的经济效益。Conventional thermal recovery methods can't effectively recover super and extra heavy oil reservoirs due to their deep depth and high viscosity.Based on the study on the mechanism of the cooperative functions of horizontal wells,SLKF,highly effective oil-soluble composite vis-breaking agent,CO2 and steam,a new development mode is created,which is the combination of synergic vis-breaking,composite mass transfer,energy increasing and assisting back flow.The new technology makes it possible that super and extra heavy oil with viscosity of over 30×10 4 mPa·s(50℃) and depth of over 1 300 m can be effectively developed;and it fills the gap of super and extra heavy oil production at home and abroad.After the repeatedly practice and research for 4 years,the technology is successful and is industrially popularized.Currently the technology has been applied in 7 mid-deep super and extra heavy oil reservoirs that were earlier thought not to be recovered for a long time and achieves a good economic benefit.
