摘 要:以朝阳沟油田储气库中储层条件中等的井为例,运用节点分析方法,考虑气井产能、压降损失、携液及抗冲蚀能力等因素,优选出合理的油管管径。研究结果表明:注采能力随着油管直径和井口压力增大而增大;压力损失随着注采气量的增大而增大,但随着油管内径的增大而减小;油管的抗冲蚀能力随内径和井口流压的增大而增大。储气库注采井选用63.5 mm油管较为合理,可同时避免冲蚀和井底积液产生。The paper presents the optimization of tubing size based on gas well productivity,pressure drawdown,liquid-carring capacity and anti-erosion capacity,ect,by using nodal analyses and by taking the wells with moderate reservoir conditions of Chaoyanggou gas storage.The study shows that injection & production capacity increases with the increase in tubing size and wellhead pressure;pressure drawdown increases with the increase in the volume of injection & production and,however,decreases with the increase in tubing ID;and anti-erosion capacity of tubing increases with the increase in tubing ID and wellhead pressure.Tubing ID of 63.5mm is the best of all,which can inhibit erosion and liquid accumulation at the bottom of a well.
