摘  要:针对板桥油田稠油油藏油水黏度比大、含水高、采出程度低的问题,进行了原油黏度的影响因素、内源微生物的筛选、激活剂的筛选、内源微生物的理化性能、生物表面活性剂和复配降黏剂降黏效果的室内实验研究。研究表明,微生物和化学助剂复配有很明显的降黏效果,降黏率约为90%。现场试验证明,微生物复合降黏剂降低了原油黏度,使油井单井产量明显提高。该项研究对同类油藏具有一定的借鉴意义。The heavy oil reservoirs in Banqiao oilfield have problems of high oil/water viscosity ratio,high water cut and low recovery percent of reserves.Laboratory experiments have been conducted regarding the influencing factors on oil viscosity,selection of indigenous microbe,selection of activator,the physical and chemical properties of indigenous microbe,and the effects of viscosity reduction of biosurfactant and compound viscosity breaker.The research shows that the combination of microbe and additive chemicals is very effective in viscosity reduction,with a reduction rate about 90%.Field tests proved that microbial compound viscosity breaker had reduced oil viscosity and obviously improved single well production.This research can be used as reference to other similar reservoirs.
