摘　　要：1949-1956年为中华人民共和国建国初期,中国进入一个革命的新时代。体育作为社会主义建设事业的一部分,在这一时期初步创立了自己的基业。特别是体育方针和体育管理体制的确立,为新中国学校体育、群众体育和竞技体育的兴起和后来的发展,提供了制度保证和基础条件,指明了前进的方向。这段迅速发展的历史对于当今我国乃至世界体育事业仍然具有启示作用。1949--1956 was the primary stage of the PRC, from then on （Shma has come into a new revotutton era. P. E. , the component of China socialist construction, has set up its foundation, especially, the setting of P. E. principles, P.E. management system w which has provided system guarantee and basic conditions for the rise and development of new China＇s school, mass and competitive P. E. , and also has had some inspiration to China and the other countries＇ P.E. development.
