摘 要:用膜片钳全细胞记录方式研究了乙酰胆碱对蚕豆保卫细胞原生质体内向钾电流的作用与机理。发现乙酰胆碱的协同剂———烟碱和毒蕈碱分别促进内向钾电流 30 %~ 40 %。EGTA处理能有效减弱毒蕈碱对内向钾电流的促进效应 ,但不影响烟碱对内向电流的促进效应。这些结果提示 。The inward rectified potassium current of Vicia faba guard cell protoplasts was recorded by employing the patch clamp technique after treating them with acetylcholine (ACh) or its agonist nicotine (Nic) or muscarine (Mus). Both Nic and Mus effectively promoted the inward rectified potassium current by 30%~40% wherever they were applied inside or outside the guard cell (Figs.1,2). When EGTA was introduced into [HJ6”:2]the guard cell, the inward potassium current promoted by Mus was largely suppressed (Fig.3), but that promoted by Nic was not inhibited (Fig.4). These data have demonstrated that there is a mechanism by which ACh can regulate stomatal movement, probably through interaction with its receptors on the membrane of the guard cell.
