摘　　要：论文通过文献资料、问卷调查、数据分析等方法,对榆林学院2008-2011年的在校大学生体质测试结果进行研究分析,了解榆林学院大学生身高、体重、肺活量、立定跳远、台阶测试等指标,分析其影响因素,找出榆林学院大学生体质健康存在的问题,并对榆林学院大学生体质健康提出相应的建议。Fhe paper, through the literature material and questionnaire survey, data analysis, studies students physical test results in the years of 2008 -2011 in Yulin University, researches their height, weight, vital capacity, standing long jump, step test indicators, analyzes the influence factors, and finds out their physique health problems, and puts forward relevant Suggestions.
