摘 要:通过大量实验将钙基膨土岩在一定条件下制得改性膨土岩G-S。结果表明改性最佳工艺条件为活化温度90℃,盐酸浓度2.5mol/L,活化时间4h,液固比为4∶1;膨土岩G-S作活性染料染色净洗剂的最佳工艺条件为用量3.0g/L,温度95℃,时间16min。自制膨土岩G-S和常规净洗剂净洗后的织物水洗牢度几乎相当,但净洗残液的CODCr值下降幅度很大。Through a large number of experimental analysis, the optimum process conditions of modified bentonite G-S were activation temperature of 90℃, hydrochloric acid concentration of 2. 5 mol/L, activation time of 4 h and the liquid-solid ratio of 4 : 1. The optimum technological conditions of bentonite G-S for reactive dyeing cleaner were dosage of 3. 0 g/L, washing temperature of 95 ℃, time of 16 mira. The washing fastness of bentonite G-S and conventional cleaner was almost the same, but the CODcr was very declined after washing clean by bentonite G-S.
