摘  要:珙桐是我国珍稀濒危保护植物,本研究以珙桐三年生幼苗为研究对象,探讨了施氮情况下,紫外线升高和降低对珙桐水分状况的影响.结果表明:紫外线升高或紫外线降低对珙桐叶片组织含水量无显著影响,但紫外线升高或紫外线降低均会使叶片相对含水量显著升高,水分饱和亏显著降低;施氮与紫外线升高的交互作用对珙桐幼苗叶片的水分状况无显著影响;施氮与紫外线降低的交互作用会使组织含水量升高,相对含水量显著降低,水分饱和亏显著升高.Davidia involucrata Bill (Davidiaceae) is a rare and endangered tree species in China. In this study the effects of ambient UV - B increased UV - B and decreased UV - B radition on water condition of 3 - year - old Davidia involucrata saplings growing under current and increased nitrogen conditions (25 g m a- N) have been compared. The results show that the increased UV - B or the decreased UV - B radiation had no significant influence on the water content of leaves, while the relative water content (RWC) was increased and the water saturation deficit (WSD) was declined under the both changed UV - B radiation conditions. There was a significant interaction effect of nitrogen application and decreased UV - B radiation. RWC was increased significantly and the WSD was decreased under the condition of decreased UV - B radiation, whereas the converse occurred (RWC declined and WSD increased significantly) after the nitrogen added.
