摘 要:采用L16(215)正交试验方法和涤纶超细纤维退浆染色一步法工艺,研究了载体SD、乙二胺乙醇、OEP-9、清缸剂SD和平平加O-25五组分助剂对染色K/S值和不匀度的影响。试制了匀染剂SA,并测试了匀染剂SA的稳定性、移染性和纤维的表面形态,同时比较了8只染料在酸性和碱性染色条件下的K/S值和不匀度。结果表明,匀染剂SA适合涤纶超细纤维退浆染色一步法工艺的要求,具有较好的移染性、染色深度和染色均匀性。The method of L16 (2^15) orthogonal test and polyester microfiber desizing staining one step process were adopted to study the influences of five groupscopies additives to the stained K/S values and unevenness. The additives were carrier SD, ethylenediamine ethanol, OEP-9, clear cylinder agent SD and peregal 0-25. Leveling agent SA was try to make and the stability of the leveling agent SA, the shift of the dye and the morphology of fiber surface were tested. Simultaneously the K/S values and unevenness of eight dyes were compared in acidic and alkaline dyeing conditions. The experimental results showed that leveling agent SA was suitable for the one step process desizing staining of polyester microfiber and had good dyeing shift, dyeing depth and dyeing uniformity.
