摘　　要：13tex色织棉涤混纺织物生产毛羽多,减少毛羽是成功生产的关键。在络筒中控制槽筒转速,原纱筒位置,筒子成形及经纱上蜡;在整经中控制整经速度,头份;在浆纱中通过高浓低粘配方,高压上浆,后上油及控制浆纱速度;在织造中控制车速、开口时间、综框错开及湿度等,取得了减少摩擦和毛羽的效果。使该类品种做到了"光、爽、挺",穿着高档,达到了出口标准。The 13 rex yarn-dyed cotton/polyester fabric had much hairiness. The key to fahric production was the decrease of the hairiness. The effects of decreasing friction and hairiness reduction were achieved by controlling turning number, cone forming andwax warp in winding process, controlling warping speed and the number of end every beam in warping, high density ＆ low viscosity recipe, high pressure sizing, oiling at last and controlling sizing speed in sizing, controlling weaving speed, opening time, stagger har-hess frame and the humidity in weaving. The weaving fabric was smooth, bright and straight and reached exporting standard.
