摘　　要：以钛酸丁酯为前驱物,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2溶胶;探讨了溶胶凝胶过程随盐酸浓度和水解温度变化的规律。用自制纳米TiO2溶胶对纯棉织物进行抗紫外整理,整理后织物的UPF等级达到50,有较好的耐洗性。With Ti（OBu）4 as precusor,TiO2 nanometer sol was prepared by sol-gel method. The influences of the amount of HC1 and hydrolysis temperature on gelation were studied. TiO2 nanometer sol was used to cotton fabrics for anti-UV finishing and well anti-UV result was obtained. The finished cotton fabrics had UPF rate of 50 and showed the good durability.
