复合皮移植修复四肢深度烧伤创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察脱细胞同种异体真皮加自体刃厚皮复合移植(以下称复合皮移植)修复四肢深度烧伤创面的疗效。方法对53例四肢深度烧伤患者采取早期切削痂复合皮移植治疗。术后1月～2年,观察复合皮移植后的色泽、弹性及功能,按优、良、差3个级别进行评级。结果 53例患者中外观及功能优良者50例(94%)。结论四肢深度烧伤采取早期切削痂复合皮移植可以获得皮肤外观及功能均比较满意的效果,是目前修复四肢深度烧伤创面一种较理想的方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acellular dermal matrix （ADM）and autologous spilt - thickness autoskin composite graft in arms or legs with deep bum. Methods 53 patients with deep bum arms or legs were treated with composite skin grafts. All cases had been followed up surveys from 1 to 24 months. Accord- ing to the color, elasticity of grafted skin pieces and hand function, the optimal, good and bad three levels were evaluated. Results 50 out of 53 samples demonstrated good recovery of arms or legs function and shape, the rate was 94 %. Conclusion For the deep bum of arms and legs, the therapy of composite skin grafts had good effect on the skin and hand function, which had been demonstrated is a good method to treat deep burned arms or legs.
