摘　　要：概括总结了当前粮食科技期刊的发展概况,通过对粮食科技期刊发表科技论文及传播数据的分析,阐述了我国粮食科技期刊对粮食安全建设的作用,对粮食科技期刊存在的问题及未来的发展提出建议。The paper summarizes the current situation of the development of food sci-tech journals and elabo- rates on the roles these journals play in the national food security construction via analyzing the scientific pa- pers published in food sci-tech journals and disseminating data. It then comes up with recommendations on the problems in the journals as well as on their future development.
