摘　　要：高等教育的发展必然需要制定与之对应的高等教育政策来规划、保障和促进,而高等教育政策的绩效评价则关乎高等教育政策的改革效果,是高等教育政策动态运行中不可缺少的环节。运用模糊综合评价的方法,对我国高等教育政策所取得的绩效进行有效全面地综合评价。It goes without saying that higher education plays an important role in boosting social progress and e- conomic development. It is a must to make appropriate policies to plan, safeguard , and promote the develop- ment of higher education. But the performance evaluation of higher education policy is closely related to the effectiveness of the reform in the policy of higher education and thus is an indispensable segment of the dynamic operation of the policy. For this reason, the paper conducts an effective and comprehensive evaluation of the policy by means of a Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation system.
