摘  要:目的研究人参皂苷Rb3(G-Rb3)对小鼠心肌营养性血流量的影响,并与西洋参茎叶20S-原人参二醇皂苷(PQDS)进行比较。方法昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组,阳性药维拉帕米5mg/kg组,G-Rb310、20、40mg/kg组及PQDS 50mg/kg组,各组小鼠每日腹腔注射给药1次,连续3日,末次药后20分钟经尾静脉注射86Rb生理盐水溶液0.1ml/只,以每只动物心脏测得放射性计数占注入总放射性的百分数为摄取率,计算心肌摄取86Rb的增减率,求出小鼠心肌营养性血流量。结果 G-Rb320、40mg/kg及PQDS 50mg/kg组均可明显增加小鼠心肌86Rb摄取率,其作用效果与阳性药维拉帕米5mg/kg相当。结论 G-Rb3能明显增加小鼠心肌营养性血流量。Objective To study the effects of Ginsengoside Rb3 (G-Rb3) on the nutritional blood flow of myocardium in Mice and compare with Panas Quinquefolium 20s-protopanoxadiol Saponin(PQDS). Methods ICR mice were randomly divided into the control group, the veraparmil group, the G-Rb3 10, 20, 40mg/kg groups and PQDS 50mg/kg group. After 3 days of treatment by G-Rb3 (with dose of 10,20 and 40 mg/kg/d i.p for 3 days), normal saline solution of S6Rb were injected in every mice with caudal vein.determined and myocardial introjection rate of S6Rb was calculated. Results G- Rb3 20, 40mg/kg and PQDS 50mg/kg could both increase significantly myocardial introjection rate of S6Rb, and those effects are corresponding with the veraparmil 5mg/kg. Conclusion G-Rb3 can increase significantlv the nutritional blood flow of mvocardinm in mice
