摘 要:采用多个缩节胺浓度,研究了缩节胺对花铃期棉花的生理影响。结果表明:低浓度缩节胺能提高棉花花铃期的叶绿素含量,降低丙二醛含量,而高浓度则使叶绿素下降及丙二醛含量上升;在缩节胺调节下棉花花铃期主要通过积累可溶性蛋白含量来提高自身的抗逆性;喷施缩节胺1和4d对花铃期棉花脯氨酸含量有显著影响,但是7d后脯氨酸含量与对照差异无统计学意义。因此,生产上要使棉花实现高产优质,在花铃期应用缩节胺进行化控时应该低浓度多次数来达到提高棉花抗逆性和控制营养生长。In order to study the effect of plant growth regulator(DPC)on physiology of cotton,an experiment with 5 levels of plant growth regulator(DPC)was conducted.Result showed that:low concentration of DPC could improve content of chlorophyll and decrease content of MDA at flowering and boll-setting period of cotton,while the content of chlorophyll decreased and content of MDA increased under high concentration of DPC.Cotton under the regulation of DPC enhanced its stress resistance by accumulating soluble protein content during flowering and boll-setting stage.The effect of DPC on soluble proline content of cotton during flowering and boll-setting stage was significant on day 1 and day 4 after the application,however the effect was not significant after day 7.Therefore,repeated application of low concentration plant growth regulator(DPC)could enhance stress resistance and control vegetative growth of cotton during flowering and boll-setting stage.
