消痰通腑颗粒治疗急性重症应激性胃肠反应的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察消痰通腑颗粒对急性重症应激性胃肠反应的治疗效果。方法纳入急性重症应激性胃肠反应患者随机分为两组,同时接受常规基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服消痰通腑颗粒,疗程为7 d。两组均在治疗前与治疗后应用胃肠疾病中医证候评分表进行测评,进行胃动素及胃泌素检测,并观察干预后首次排便时间。结果两组胃肠疾病中医证候评分均呈下降趋势,治疗组下降幅度大于对照组。两组胃动素及胃泌素水平均明显升高;治疗组首次排便时间明显早于对照组。结论消痰通腑颗粒可有效改善急性重症应激性胃肠反应。Objective： To evaluate the impact of Xiaotantongfu Granule on gastrointestinal effects of acute severe stress patients.Methods： 59 patients were enrolled and divided into the Xiaotantongfu Granule group and the control group.All patients were received basic treatment for 7 days.Patients in Xiaotantongfu Granule group were added the Xiaotantongfu Granule 13.6 g two times a day after meals.Some indicators were assessed in 2 groups on the first day and the last day such as the TCM Gastrointestinal Disease Rating Scale,the motilin,the gastrin and the intervention first bowel movement.Results： The scores in Xiaotantongfu Granule group were decreased when it compared with the control group.Motilin and gastrin levels in Xiaotantongfu Granule group were higher than those in the control group.The first bowel movement in Xiaotantongfu Granule group was earlier than that in the control group.Conclusion： Xiaotantongfu Granule can effectively improve the gastrointestinal effects of acute severe stress.
