玉屏风散配方颗粒汤剂与传统饮片汤剂对免疫抑制小鼠T细胞亚群影响的比较

摘　　要：目的观察玉屏风散配方颗粒汤剂与传统饮片汤剂对免疫抑制小鼠T细胞亚群的影响,比较两者的疗效。方法将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、玉屏风散饮片低、高剂量组、玉屏风散配方颗粒低、高剂量组,每日1次,连续10 d。眼球取血,采用流式细胞仪检测各组小鼠外周血中CD4+T、CD8+T淋巴细胞的百分数量。结果与正常对照组比,环磷酰胺组CD4+T、CD8+T淋巴细胞百分数明显降低;与模型组比,玉屏风散传统饮片高剂量组和配方颗粒高剂量组CD4+T、CD8+T淋巴细胞的百分数量均显著升高,两组比较无显著差异。结论玉屏风散配方颗粒汤剂与传统饮片汤剂均能升高免疫抑制小鼠CD4+T、CD8+T淋巴细胞的百分数量,增强其T免疫功能,且两种剂型效果基本相当。Objective： To observe the effect of traditional herbs decoction and Yupingfengsan Decoction on T cell subsets of immunosuppre-ssion mice and to compare their efficacy.Methods： The mice are randomly divided into 6 groups as following：the normal control group,the cyclophosphamide group,the low dose group and the large dose group of traditional herbs of Yupingfengsan Decoction,the low dose group and the large dose group of dispensing granule of Yupingfengsan Decoction.Every group were administrated once daily and lasted for 10 days.The blood was collected by extirpating eyeballs to detect the percent of CD4＋ T cell and CD8 T cell in serum of immunosuppression mice by flow cytometry.Results： Compared with normal control group,the percents of CD4＋ T cell and CD8 T cell were significantly decreased in cyclophosphamide group.Compared with cyclophosphamide group,the percents of CD4＋ T cell and CD8 T cell were significantly increased in large dose group of herbs decoction and dispensing granule Yupingfengsan Decoction.There were no significant differences in the percents of CD4＋ T cell and CD8＋T cell among the large dose group of Yupingfengsan Decoction and large dose group of dispensing granule Yupingfengsan Decoction.Conclusion： Traditional herbs decoction and dispensing granule decoction of Yupingfengsan can increase the percents of CD4＋ T cell and CD8 T cell of immunosuppression mice and enhance T cell immune function of mice.It is similar that effects are in 2 formulations.
