四妙勇安汤合失笑散对急性心肌梗死患者血流动力学和高敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的研究四妙勇安汤合失笑散对急性心肌梗死患者血流动力学和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法急性心肌梗死患者随机分为两组,均予西医常规治疗,治疗组给予西医常规治疗的基础上加用四妙勇安汤合失笑散口服治疗,疗程14 d。比较两组治疗前后血液流变学指标及血浆hs-CRP水平。结果治疗组血液流变学指标及hs-CRP指标与治疗前相比明显改善,治疗组优于对照组,治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标和hs-CRP水平下降程度均优于对照组。结论四妙勇安汤合失笑散对急性心肌梗死患者具有改善血流动力学和抗炎作用。Objective： To study the effect of Simiaoyong＇an Decoction plus Shixiaosan Decoction on hemorheology and high-sensitivity C reactive protein in acute myocardial infarction.Methods： Acute myocardial infarction patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.On the basis of western routine therapies in 2 groups,the treatment group was added the Simiaoyong＇an Decoction plus Shixiaosan Decoction.After 14 days,the hemodynamic changes and the hs-CRP levels were compared.Results： In the treatment group,the hemorheology and the hs-CRP after treatment were superior to those before treatment.Moreover,decrease degrees in above 2 indices in the treatment gorup were better than those in the control group.Conclusion： Simiaoyong＇an Decoction plus Shixiaosan Decoction can improve the hemorheology and anti-inflammatory in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
