中药复方敷脐治疗多脏器功能不全并胃肠功能障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药复方敷脐治疗多脏器功能不全并胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,对照组予西医常规治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药复方敷脐,疗程7 d。结果治疗后治疗组A-PACHEⅡ评分、胃肠功能评分、红细胞计数(RBC)、总蛋白(TP)改善程度均优于对照组,胃肠功能恢复有效率显著优于对照组。结论中药复方敷脐是治疗多脏器功能不全并胃肠功能障碍安全有效的中医疗法。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of multiple organ dysfunction with gastrointestinal dysfunction by umbilical compressing with Chinese herbal compound.Methods： The patients were randomly divided into the control group with the western conventional treatment and the treatment group with the umbilical compressing with Chinese herbal compound on the basis of the control group for 7d.Results： After the treatment,APACHE II score,gastrointestinal function score,red blood cell（RBC） count and the degree of improvement of total protein（TP） of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.The efficiency of gastrointestinal function recovery was significantly superior to that of the control group.Conclusion： Umbilical compressing with chinese herbal compound is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine therapy to treat multiple organ dysfunction with gastrointestinal dysfunction.
