摘　　要：目的观察痔切除伴肛门成形术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法选取312例环状混合痔患者,随机分为两组,治疗组156例采用痔切除伴肛门成形术治疗;对照组156例采用传统的外剥内扎术治疗,对比观察两组患者治愈率及愈合时间。结果治疗组治愈率及愈合时间均优于对照组。结论痔切除伴肛门成形术治疗环状混合痔疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the combined therapy of hemorrhoids resection plus anoplasty in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods： 312 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the treatment group with the hemorrhoids resection plus anoplasty and the control group with the ex-strip intra-prick opreation.The cure rate and the healing time were observed and compared in 2 groups.Results： The cure rate and the healing time in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group.Conclusion： It is effective of the combined therapy of hemorrhoids resection plus anoplasty in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.,improve the cure rate and shorten the healing time,and it is worth promoting.
