摘　　要：目的观察自拟中药离子导入治疗急性乳腺炎的疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,研究组采用自拟中药结合光电离子治疗仪进行治疗;对照组采用0.9%氯化钠注射液配合光电离子治疗仪进行治疗,治疗时间均为5 d,观察疗效。结果观察组疗效优于对照组。结论自拟中药离子导入治疗急性乳腺炎疗效显著,有效地减少了手术率,有利于母乳喂养。Objective： To analysis the traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment of acute mastitis effect.Methods： 200 cases were divided into two groups randomly.The study group was treated by combination of Chinese medicine and photoelectron therapeutic instrument,and the control group was used by 0.9% saline with the photoelectric ion therapy apparatus.The effects in 2 groups were observed and compared after 5 days.Results： The effect of the study group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion： That traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresiscan treat acute mastitis effective reduces the operation rate and improves the breastfeeding.
