摘  要:以超越离合器的圆柱滚子为研究对象,针对滚柱与滚道接触时产生的边缘效应,提出了采用鼓形滚柱的设计方案,使得滚柱受力趋于均匀,以降低滚柱的边缘接触应力。利用有限元分析软件Workbench对滚柱和滚道的接触应力进行计算分析,得到最优鼓形曲线的鼓形量,使接触应力更为合理,进而提高超越离合器的使用寿命,优化设计结果对改善超越离合器的工作可靠性和稳定性具有一定的指导意义。The cylindrical roller used in the overrunning clutch is taken as research object.Aiming at the effect of edge stress produced by the contact between roller and roller way,it is proposed to adopt drum roller during the design of roller to reduce the edge of the roller contact stress,then the roller stress tend to be uniform.By using the finite element analysis software Workbench a calculational analysis for the contact stress between the roller and the roller way is carried out,then the most optimal drum curve of drum quantity is achieved,and the contact stress is more reasonable,so that the service life of overrunning clutch is improved.This optimization design results could have a certain guiding significance on the improvement of working reliability and stability for the overrunning clutch.
