偏置直动从动件六圆弧凸轮机构解析

摘　　要：圆弧凸轮的廓线简单,容易加工和检测,得到广泛应用,但对其解析设计的研究尚不充分。针对偏置直动从动件六圆弧凸轮机构,详细研究导出了凸轮廓线、从动件运动规律、压力角、性能指标、参数之间众多相互关系的通用表达式,给出了设计计算流程、含有图形曲线的实例并据此获得一些结论。Circular-arc cams are widely applied since their profiles are simple,easy to make and gauge.But the study on their design by analytical method is not sufficient.For six circular-arc cam mechanisms of offset translating followers,general formulas of cam profile,follower motion,pressure angle,performance index,many relations among parameters are deduced in detail.And the process of design calculation,an example including figure and diagram,and conclusions from the example are given.A good reference and solid base for design and study of all circular-arc cam mechanism are provided by all above work.
