摘 要:以醋酸钠为催化剂,天然芳樟醇和乙酸酐为原料微波辅助合成了乙酸芳樟酯。探讨了不同微波功率、反应时间、催化剂用量和物料配比对反应的影响。最优的反应条件如下:催化剂的质量分数为5%(以对芳樟醇质量计),n(芳樟醇)∶n(乙酸酐)=1∶3,微波功率300 W,反应时间60 min,在该条件下,芳樟醇的转化率为72.20%,乙酸芳樟酯的收率为47.14%,乙酸芳樟酯的选择性为65.29%。并且利用GC-MS分析了合成反应的产物和可能发生的副反应。Linalyl acetate was synthesized using linalool and acetic anhydride as the raw material, and sodium acetate was as catalyst under the assistance of the microwave. The effects of the amount of the catalyst, reaction time, material ratio and microwave power on the yield of the product were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were followings : using sodium acetate as catalyst with a mass fraction of 5% (based on the mass of linalool), the molar ratio n(linalool) : n( acetic anhydride) = 1 : 3, the reaction time 60 min and the microwave power 300 W. Under the optimal reaction conditions, conversion rate of linalool was 72.20% , the yield of linalool was 47. 14%, and the selectivity was 65.29%. Moreover, the components of the product and the possible reactions were analyzed by GC -MS.
