摘　　要：研究通过对乡镇卫生院部分常见病种的临床路径试点进行了为期1个月的跟踪观察。结果显示,实施临床路径规范乡镇卫生院的医疗服务行为,在一定程度上控制了不合理用药现象。针对试点中一些问题,提出要继续加强研究和试点、及时总结经验,建立健全相关法律法规、完善补偿机制和政策支持,发挥乡镇卫生院人员的积极性、健全实施临床路径的激励机制,加强宣传培训指导和部门合作等建议。The Rural Health Management of MOH research and work out the clinical pathways for twelve kinds of common diseases for township hospitals, and in some county on the pilot for 1 month of clinical tracking. The study found that the pilot has obtained the certain positive effect, at the same time also found some problems, and put forward the further perfect related countermeasures.
