摘　　要：家庭医生制是新医改形势下深化社区卫生服务、转变服务模式的重要方式。然而,作为新生事物的家庭医生制如何满足百姓需求,如何适应我国国情,仍在探索和实践之中。在结合辖区家庭医生的具体实践基础上,针对现今家庭医生制存在的问题,提出对策建议,为建立具有中国特色的家庭医生制度提供依据。The family doctor system is an important way to deepen community health services, change the service model in new health care reform. Family doctor system, as new thing to community health, how to meet the needs of the people, to adapt to China＇s national conditions, is still in the exploration and practice. In order to establish the family doctor system with Chinese characteristics, some problems and suggestions, through the concrete practice of Songjiang District, were put forward to provide policy basis for sustainable development of family doctor.
