摘　　要：目的研究上海市闵行区外来务工人员对艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)的接受意愿及其影响因素。方法采取配额抽样的方法,在工厂、娱乐场所、建筑工地、公共服务业和市场等流动人口较为集中的场所招募外来务工人员839名,进行匿名问卷调查。结果外来务工人员50.5%是男性,平均年龄30岁,初中及以上文化程度占92.8%。56.4%听说过VCT,3.2%曾经接受过HIV检测但无一人于检测前接受过VCT。向调查对象简要介绍免费的VCT服务后,86.1%表示愿意接受VCT。Logistic多因素分析显示,与愿意接受免费VCT有关的因素为较高的HIV知识水平、接受过AIDS健康教育、不歧视HIV感染者。结论迫切需要在流动人口聚集的社区和场所开展更广泛的VCT健康教育,普及艾滋病防治知识,提高HIV感染风险意识以及消除对HIV感染者的歧视。OBJECTIVE To determine the correlates of and willingness to partieipate（WTP） in HIV voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） among migrant workers in Minhang District, Shanghai. METHODS Through quota sampling, a total of 839 migrant workers were recruited from 5 different venues where migrants were most likely employed to administer a face-to-face anonymous interview, RESULTS Among 839 participants, 50.5% were male, and the mean age was 30 years, 92.8% of whom were educated through middle school or higher. Only 56.4% of migrant workers had heard of HIV voluntary counseling and testing, and 3.2% had ever had HIV testing with none of them taking used of VCT service. 86.1% reported willingness to accept VCT after participants were informed about free VCT service. Multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that the willingness was associated with having better knowledge of HIV, having a history of AIDS health education, no discrimination against people with HIV. CONCLUSIONS There is an urgent need to promote extensive health education about HIV/VCT, improve HTV/AIDS knowledge, promote the awarenessof HIV risks and eliminate discrimination to HIV-infected persons among migrants.
