摘  要:早期喷码机中,装有Windows操作系统的上位机将处理后的数据传递给下位机,造成喷码机系统庞大复杂,效率低下。对此,采用基于WinCE和ARM9的喷码机系统,选用XJ128按需喷印喷头进行硬件设计。系统将ARM9强大的数据处理能力和WinCE良好的实时性和可剪裁性的优点相结合,集数字图像处理与SPI总线数据传输于一体,通过编写应用程序和分层流式驱动提供喷码机所需信号,大大提高了喷码效率,减小了喷码机的体积,具有较好的实用价值。In early stage products of inkjet printers, the data are processed in the host computer equipped with Windows operating system and then transferred to lower end computer, thus the inkjet printer system is huge and complicated but with low efficiency. For improving, the inkjet printer system based on WinCE and ARM9 is adopted, and the "drop-on-demand" print head XJ128 is used for hardware design. The system combines the merits of powerful data processing capability of ARM9 and good real time and tailorable performance of WinCE ; and integrates digital image processing and SPI bus data transmission in one. The application program and hierarchical streaming driver are written to provide the signals needed by inkjet printer. The inkjet printing efficiency is greatly enhanced, while the volume of printer is smaller, the design possesses better applicable value.
