摘 要:本文以一台660MW汽轮发电机为例,详细阐述了汽轮发电机定子端部电动力的计算方法。首先提出了大型汽轮发电机三维端部磁场的有限元数学模型,并按真实形状建立了汽轮发电机定子绕组端部实体模型。计算得到了三相突然短路时出现电流最大时刻的端部磁场分布,在此基础上得到每根定子线棒所受到的端部电动力及单根线棒的电动力分布规律。讨论比较了励磁电流对定子线棒端部电动力的影响,为发电机端部结构设计提供依据。This paper presented a method for calculating the force on the end stator windings by taking a 660MW turbo-generator for an example. Firstly, the FEM mathematic model for calculating 3D end field of large turbo-generator is presented. And a solid model of the end of stator windings of the turbo-generator is built according to the actual shape. Through numerical calculating the distribution of end field at the moment of the maximum short current achieved is gained. Basing on the calculating the force on the end of stator windings and the distribution of the force on the each bar are obtained. The effect of the exciting current on the magnetic force is compared and discussed, which provides some references for the design of the stator end support structures.
