摘 要:抽水蓄能电站在我国电网中发挥了重要作用:降低了电网成本、提高了电网可靠性,其主要部件的性能得到了极大重视。本文对某抽水蓄能机组尾水锥管的刚强度及疲劳特性进行了有限元分析,并确定了经济合理的钢板厚度。结果表明:所选方案中尾水锥管结构刚强度和疲劳特性良好,满足许用要求。Pumped storage power station plays an important role in power grid in china. It reduces the cost of power grid and improves the reliability of power grid. Much attention has been paid to the characteristics of main parts of pumped storage power station. Strength, stiffness and fatigue properties of a conical tube of pumped storage power station are analyzed by finite element method, and economic and reasonable steel thickness are determined. Results show that the conical tube has good strength, stiffness and fatigue properties, and meets the allowable requirements.
