摘 要:以复混肥造粒过程原理为基础,采用Fluent软件对尿基复混肥高塔造粒过程进行数值模拟。连续相数学描述采用欧拉法,分散相采用拉格朗日法,连续相与分散相进行耦合计算。分析得到造粒塔内空气的温度、速度分布及复混肥颗粒的运动轨迹、空间分布。通过与测试结果对比,证明数值模拟结果可信,方法可行。On the basis of the compound fertilizer prilling principle the Fluent software is chosen to carry out numerical simulation of the urea-based compound fertilizer high-tower prilling process. The Euler method is used for the mathematical description of the continuous phase, for dispersed phase the Lagrange method is adopted, and continuous phase and dispersed phase are calculated in couples. By analysis the following are obtained, viz., air temperature in the prilling tower, velocity dispersion and the motion path of compound fertilizer prills, also space distribution. A comparison with the measurement results proves that the numerical simulation results are credible and the method feasible.
