摘  要:合成氨装置由中串低工艺改为全低变工艺后,催化剂装填量减少12 m3,系统阻力为0.04 MPa,吨氨蒸汽耗由原350 kg以上降至135 kg。该项目改造费用低,只需增设1台增湿器并调整部分管道和阀门。改造后运行情况良好,取得了预期效果。In the ammonia plant the medium-plus low-temperature shift conversion is changed to total low-temperature shift one, then the catalyst loading decreases by 12 m3, the resistance in the system is 0.04 MPa, and the steam consumption per ton of ammonia lowers from the original more than 350 kg to 135 kg. The renovation cost of this project is low, and only an additional humidifier is needed, with adjustment of some pipes and valves. After the renovation, its operation is satisfactory, giving expected results.
