摘　　要：美国是世界上风险资本发育最成熟的国家,因风险资本的"催化"作用,成为全球创新能力最强的国家。在我国提出培育和发展战略性新兴产业作为国家战略的背景下,引导国内风险资本投资于创业企业的早期阶段迫在眉睫。美国的经验教训表明风险投资家的经验是经过长期学习得到的,创业投资的稳健发展必须与风险投资家群体的投资能力相匹配。US is the most developed country of risk capital in the world .US became the most creative country in the world because of the catalysis action of risk capital. Under the background of national strategy of cultivation and development of strategic new industry, it was urgent to lead the risk capital investment in China to the early stage of venture enterprises. The experiences of US shew that the risk investors should learn lasting a long time, and the steady development of venture investment should phase match with investment capacity of risk investors group.
